At ZORIVAE, each press-on nail set is made to order and handcrafted with care. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery time is usually 6–10 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays.

Free shipping is available on orders over $79.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items or items that show signs of wear, damage, glue residue, stains, or other visible use may not be eligible for return.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is caused by our error, we will help arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item caused by our error.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions once your return request has been reviewed.
