ZORIVAE press-on nails are designed with a comfortable fit for different natural nail widths. Please measure the widest part of your natural nail before choosing your size. All measurements are in millimeters (mm). If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

How to measure:

Place a soft measuring tape across the widest part of your natural nail and record the measurement in millimeters. If you do not have soft tape, you can use a piece of paper and measure it with a ruler.

XS Size:

Thumb 14mm / Index 10mm / Middle 11mm / Ring 10mm / Pinky 7mm

S Size:

Thumb 15mm / Index 11mm / Middle 12mm / Ring 11mm / Pinky 8mm

M Size:

Thumb 16mm / Index 12mm / Middle 13mm / Ring 12mm / Pinky 9mm

L Size:

Thumb 17mm / Index 13mm / Middle 14mm / Ring 13mm / Pinky 10mm

Please note:

All measurements are approximate. For the best fit, measure each nail carefully before ordering. If your nail width falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is usually 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items or items that show signs of wear, damage, glue residue, stains, or other visible use may not be eligible for return.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is caused by our error, we will help arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item caused by our error.
